Commencement of Tuition-Free Aviation Scholarship Programs for Nigerian Youths.

LAGOS, NIGERIA – February 1, 2025

The Isaac Balami Foundation is pleased to announce the official commencement of its tuition-free aviation scholarship programs on Monday, February 3, 2025. This initiative is designed to empower 160 qualified Nigerian youths determined to advance their careers within the aviation industry.

Scholarship Opportunities
The scholarship program will provide comprehensive training and certification in the following four key areas:

  1. Basic Aircraft Technician Course (BATCO)
  2. Manufacturer’s Type Course
  3. Cabin Crew Initial Training
  4. Flight Dispatchers Course (Basic + Advanced)

Acknowledgement of Support
The Foundation extends its sincere gratitude to the individuals and organizations whose support has been instrumental in launching this initiative. The program is made possible through strategic partnerships with two Approved Training Organizations (ATOs): Aviatrix Hub and Leadstream Aviation. In addition, we acknowledge the invaluable contributions of our partners, including 7star Global Hangar, 7star Airlines, Isaac Balami University of Aeronautics and Management (IBUAM), and the Nigeria International Airshow. Their dedication to nurturing the future of Nigerian aviation professionals is pivotal to the success of this endeavour.
